Why This Workshop
Letters of Intent are one of the topics I receive the most questions about from people preparing an EB-2 NIW petition.
What are they? Who can provide one? How do you find the right people to contact? And what do you do if you do not already have contacts in the United States?
That is exactly why I created this workshop.
We are going to spend the entire class on Letters of Intent - their purpose, the type of real-world interest they can document, how to identify possible contacts, how to approach them, and what these letters commonly communicate.
We will also look at practical examples and common weaknesses, so you can better understand the difference between a generic letter and one that clearly reflects a genuine interest in a proposed project or collaboration.
My goal is not to give you a formula or tell you what your individual case should contain. It is to help you understand this type of evidence more clearly, ask better questions, and feel more prepared when working on this part of the process.
You do not have to figure out this topic alone. With a clear framework, Letters of Intent can become much easier to understand and work with.
