About the Masterclass
Over the past few weeks, we have seen several important changes in immigration that have raised new questions, concerns, and a lot of information circulating all at once.
And in the middle of all of this, we continue to see something that was already happening before: many people trying to understand the EB-2 NIW without being sure where to look, what USCIS actually says, or how the different parts of the process fit together.
That is why we created this free live EB-2 NIW Mini Masterclass.
During the class, we will go back to the official sources and review, in a simple way, what USCIS says about the EB-2 NIW, what elements it analyzes, and how it presents the different requirements. We will also look at general examples and leave time at the end for general questions.
The class is designed for people who are just beginning to learn about the EB-2 NIW, those preparing their own petition, those who have already filed, or anyone who wants to better understand stages of the process such as an RFE.
The idea is simple: to help you become more familiar with the official sources and give you better tools to continue understanding the process on your own.

We’ll use public USCIS resources and practical examples, with time at the end for general questions.
