How to Demonstrate That Your Endeavor Is of National Importance
An intensive Masterclass composed of 3 parts. The first part will be a 2-hour live session, limited to only 5 participants, focused on one of the most complex parts of the EB-2 NIW: a Proposed Endeavor that satisfies the parameters established in Matter of Dhanasar, is viable in its execution, and demonstrates national importance. The participant will receive study materials, and our team will review and analyze your Proposed Endeavor to identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
